Honda Australia's CX approach is to eliminate as many pain points as possible on the path to purchase. Since taking the time to go into a dealer for a test drive is always a pain, we came up with the idea of a test drive that came to you.

Prototyping a user-friendly web app, we let people pick their date and time, set their location and whether they wanted to be the driver or passenger. After answering a few simple questions and admin requests, they were on their way.
